HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free on orders $85+. Under $85, we use simple flat rates:
US: $4.99
Canada: $6.99
United Kingdom: $7.99
Australia: $9.99
One flat rate per order (not per item). Threshold applies after discounts, before taxes. For delivery times, see “Where do we deliver?”

We currently don’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please use a street address.
We don’t charge duties at checkout. For international orders, any import taxes or customs fees (if applicable) are collected by your local carrier/customs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Transit time:
United States: 5–12 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 7–18 business days
Tracking: Every order gets a tracking link by email.
Total time = processing + transit.
Notes: During peak seasons or severe weather, carriers may add 2–5 business days. Remote areas can take slightly longer.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Not in a single checkout. If you need items sent to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Note: Some items may ship in separate packages to the same address, depending on availability and carriers.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
At this time, we can’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. Please use a street address at checkout.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT/GST OR IMPORT TAXES?
We don’t charge VAT/GST or import duties at checkout. Your order total at checkout shows product + shipping only.
United States: Most personal orders under USD $800 clear without duties.
UK, Canada, Australia: Your local customs/carrier may charge VAT/GST and a small handling fee on delivery. The amount depends on your country’s rules and order value.
